The following terms and conditions constitute the Policy between you and imove regarding Privacy Policy offered thereunder.

A. Our role

• imove acts as the processor to process your personal data (including but not limited to financial information and transaction details), and you shall act as the controller of Personal Data. imove will process the Personal Data to perform its obligation under this agreement.
• imove collects your personal data to carry out and administrate our services for improving your service satisfaction.
• You warrant that all your personal data collection is approved by you who have recognized and agreed all terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. We have legal right to collect and operate it.

E. Data Retention

As the controller of personal data, you can check, download and update your personal data on imove user interface.
You agree that under the applicable money laundering legislation and applicable laws, your personal data cannot be deleted and transmitted, it will be stored in our designated platform during the agreement period and six years after the end of the relationship.

F. Disclosure

You agree that imove may disclose and transfer your Personal Data to Service Providers, Sub-processor who is a third-party subcontractor engaged by imove which, as part of the subcontractor’s role of delivering the Services, Processes Personal Data to assist in providing you with imove’s services (including but not limited to data entry, database management, promotions, products and services alerts and delivery services) ("Service Providers"). These Service Providers will undertake data protection and confidentiality obligations consistent with applicable data protection laws.

You agree that when necessary imove may also disclose and transfer your Personal Data to law enforcement agencies, government and regulatory and other organizations when required by the law or where disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws, legal processes or queries from the relevant authorities.

You agree that we use Cookies technologies to administer the Sites, analyses trends, to track your movements around the Sites; Cookies make it easier for you to log on to and use the Sites during visits. imove will notify you via email for any changes related to Data Management. You shall terminate this agreement if you do not agree with the changes. If you continue to obtain the services of the imove after the changes, it is presumed that you agree to the changes of data management.

We conduct personal data protection under Georgia laws and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

In case of any discrepancy among language versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
